| We offer a private caravan or chalet subletting service
on Combe Haven, Littlesea, West Sands, California Cliffs, and Sandsgate.
We have been letting privately owned caravans for other owners for over 15
years. We have clients who have been with us from the start, and they have been
very happy with the income received.
We do not make any promises on income which can not be kept
as seasons vary from year to year, but as our income is directly linked to yours
we obviously do our very best. We let to couples and families only , no single
sex groups , party leaders must be over 25,
booking conditions are
agreed to by the hirer. We do not let at bargain basement prices to fill the off
peak dates as this may lead to damage to the units, we do however
advise that owners have malicious damage cover which covers most things
from accidental to wilful damage by the hire, this costs around £20.00 per year as an
addition to your insurance.
You can let as few or many weeks as you like but if you
are looking to maximise income then four weeks in the high season should be
available, although we ask for the letting dates at the beginning of the year we
are flexible, and you can add or remove dates as long as the unit is not already
booked, although we have our own cleaners you are of course free to clean your
own unit if you live close enough but any complaints or call backs must then be
dealt with by yourself on the same day.
We advertise in all the relevant papers and have
an entries in the official guides, and have several
links on affiliated
websites.
We pay out annually in the first week of November, commission
is 15.0% plus
disbursements such as turn round cleans, replacement pillows & duvets, crockery
etc which are detailed on your statement.
Although we do not operate a seperate cleaning service, we
can however arrange cleaners for private owners not on our sublet scheme
on an individual basis, we will pay the cleaner on your behalf, we require 7
days notice and payment in advance by debit card. Please phone for further

We also welcome cottage owners who wish to
advertise on our website at a flat fee of £25.00 per annum, all enquiries for
cottages will be directed to the owners, we do not act as agents for cottages.
